Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Methods

2. Payment Deadline

Please make your payment within 1 day from the date of order. If the deadline is exceeded, the system will automatically cancel the order.

Your credit card information will be encrypted and processed through a highly secure system. We will not store your credit card information in our system.

Return and Refund Policy

It's important that you inform your customers about our return and refund policy both before and after they place an order. Here are the key points to highlight:

1. General Terms

Customers can request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
Return shipping costs are not included in the refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: Customers can request a full refund or exchange for a new product if the item is damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping.
Incorrect Orders or Customer Dissatisfaction: Customers can request a return and refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee or as otherwise agreed upon, if they ordered the wrong product or are not satisfied with their purchase.
Products Not as Described: Customers can request a full refund or exchange for a new product if the item received does not match the description on the website.

3. Return and Refund Process

Customers must notify us of their intention to return a product and request a refund via email (online@shimono.in.th), phone (020561118), or Line (@shimonoth), providing their order number, product details, and reason for the return.
We will review the return request and notify the customer of the decision within 3 business days.
If the return is approved, the customer must ship the product back to the designated address.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
We reserve the right to change this return and refund policy without prior notice.
